Wow within days I've had similar horrid experience as Will, and also recommend - DO NOT BY BLUESOLEIL PRODUCTS! When I reported that my brand new purchase came with software CD that didn't load working drivers, they told me to buy their newest version because they don't support the versions that come packaged with products . . . basically pay double to get your product working. Unbelievable, but true.
Good idea to report to BBB in US, as well as, I'm going to return to my local computer store even though they have restocking fee for opened packages. At least this way the retailer will remove BlueSoleil from their vendor list and also start their spread the bad word campaign too. BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED SUPPLIER!!!!!!!
