It tells latest version is available after download on installing it will prompt for uninstall version 6 again after install 8 serial key wont work...
Is there a way just to upgrade or contact them!!!

I bought two products - Bluesoleil 7.0.348.1 and 6.4.314.3. Just before I tried to upgrade to 8.0.356.0 with the serial number already I owned. However I failed to activate. Is the cost to upgrade not free?

Just use the serial number for BlueSoleil 6 is ok, no need to buy again.

You don't HAVE to have this. You can use other bluetooth driver software. This software is one of if not THE best bluetooth driver software. I had trouble trying other drivers for what I was doing, and this is what worked. This isn't a necessity, it's just nice to have. So quit complaining, and if you're going to keep whining about it, go invent you're own bluetooth software without pay.
The best Bluetooth Software Out There
The BlueSoliel software does the job with my new BT dongle, however, this "experience points" nonsense is too much trouble on the website. After registering, it said it would e-mail me the required points (for download of update) but I did not receive any e-mail (yes, I checked my Junk folder too...). The S/W keeps prompting me to update when it launches, but I am unable to do so...so far. This should be a straighforward process not a puzzle to solve. I've got better things to do with my time !
This sucks why not just provide drivers for your product. Going to buy something to replace this crap.

I had bought the blue tooth adapter with software included. As soon as I installed the product, I saw that the sofware was obsolete and the ugrade cost was twice the cost of the hardware key.
I registered to gain 20 points in order to upgrade my software, but no point at the end.
I don't want the profesionnal version, I just want use my adapter in normal condition.

I have an old dongle that came with IVT BlueSoleil 1.6. Can I use this software update with it? I dont think i should pay since i already bought this dongle.

I bought a dongle comes with IVT blusoleil, but the version that I have is an old one. It crases often, as I use Win 7 64. Now I will try this new release. Hope it works prefectly again.

i bought bluesoleil and had a installation cd version 2.6 while i was using windows vista it worked well, but recently i up graded to windows 7 home premium, i used it but i can send files from other gadget using bluetooth to this computer...problem now is i can not send files using bluetooth from my computer to other gadgets.....please help...if you have a software for windows 7 home premium please send it to my emeil address gigligo@yahooo.com . i am very appreciative for your attention towards this matter.
