i bought a disk with version 5.4.277.0 and a bluetooth dongle about 6 months ago, worked perfect till yesterday. it began saying evaluation copy only. so i did some digging thrugh the files on my disk and found the serial number and tryed to regester it myself, it then said make sure the regestery or install folder is not read only. and this is were i don't know what more to do, some help fixing this would be nice product worked great till yesterday.

Erm... bought dongle at Tesco in UK for about £10. Software on a cd in the box which installed without incident (ver 5.4.277.0). Connected dongle to Apple keyboard (win 7 PC) and it works great. Was checking to see if there was a software update and seen all these negative comments and thought I would try and redress the balance a little. My advice, buy from a shop... you can always take it back!

Hi, not sure you exactly got the same product as this one. I mean it could be a bundle of hardware and software. Here they're talking about the hardware only, not the software. I have to admit that it is really confusing: as you read item description, you can understand the dongle is packed with a bunch of software. But not, according to other users comments.

CAUTION: I purchased this I purchased this Dongle on Retrevo for $4.99 thinking it would allow me to allow my laptop to be Bluetooth compatible. It is only a pice of hardware. I have read for two days and it appears I have purchase the device, but you must purchase the program from China for $19.00. The device won't work unless you purchase a SS# from BlueSoleil. WARNING!! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you know more than I do. It is only good for the trash. Notice there are no replies to these comments.

But I have tried the piece of software, BlueSoleil Bluetooth Stack V7, and it works fine. IMHO, it's worth $20. You won't get the same with Windows, even Seven. And it is mandatory with Windows XP that does not support any audio profile (HSP, HFP, A2DP) natively. This is why I bought V7 stack online here. I am now just waiting for my activation key :)

Turn on Bluetooth on your PC if it's not on already. To do this, select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and turn on Bluetooth. Select Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. Choose the device and follow additional instructions if they appear, then select Done.
What can I say about clash royale? I've been playing it for a few months now making sure to complete all daily tasks. I can see playing this for the foreseeable future.

Made in China hummm, I bought for 29 dollars in australia !!! I did not realize this device was Orginal from China, I WILL throught this device With-out thinking MUCH 1st lession for me .THANKS to BlueSoleil give me a lession Just for $ 29.00 Next time I Rather Pay for $50+ for europe or others country's product with triple prices FOR SURE.

I have bought BlueTootk Dongel for aprox. 6 €, with IVT(Blue Soleil SW), and have lot of problems using software, can't change Desktop only aproved for one desktop.
Prices on dogel on this sites seems to be fare out, comparede to other similar Bluetooth units, or orther product, were you also get driver and software whit out to have to pay extra, so you can use product, whitout extra cost.
It would be appropriate to aware of extra cost to get product to work on packing, so the complete cost was knowvn.
Have other bluetooth product, and don't have same kind of trouble. So I think twice before choose producer.
