i have some problem with primekid

i Bought my new USB Bluetooth bs002dongle.

I received the free notices and have attempted to take advantage of the offer.

    1.  I have attempted to register an account online but after over 24 hours still have yet to receive an "activation email" in which I am lead to believe there will be an activation link and my serial number as well.  I cannot add my products to my account until my account is activated.

        a.  Yes, my email is entered correctly.

        b.  No, it is not being sent to my junk mail folder.

        c.  No, emails from BlueSoleil are not being blocked.

     2.  I have downloaded my upgrade to BlueSoleil version 10 installed.  However, the install indicates that it is an evaluation copy with limited use.
