Hi all, decided to get in shape and started actively exercising. Swimming, running, going to the gym, but I'm noticing more and more how some newbies progress from class to class. Maybe they're using steroids? I've been in the gym for one year now.

Further look, if you associate your life with professional sports then pharmacology is justified, but if not, it is better to refrain.
