I bought a pair of the rugby stripe pjs for my child on Amazon and she loved them, so I bought several pairs in different from the manufacturer. Big mistake. What I did not know is that pretty much all of their printed pjs, although soft on the outside, have a very harsh serged seam that is extremely stiff and uncomfortable. I just assumed that all of the pjs would feel the same when worn so I took off the tags and washed them. Why would I not? My bad for assuming that this company has any kind of standards when it comes to quality. When I called the company I was informed that because they had been washed, they would not return the item "just because it was uncomfortable-hard and soft is so variable by the individual". Nice to see how this company stands by it's products. So now I'm out over $70 all because I thought this company's product would have some kind of continuity in the make of their garments. I used to use a lot of their products and so do a lot of folks I know. Suffice to say that this company is going to lose a good amount of business due to the shabby way they treat customers.
