[ Finding Support for Diabetes Control ]

I’ve been on and off with controlling my diabetes. My numbers improve for a bit, but I always seem to relapse into bad eating habits. It feels like a cycle I can’t break. What have you guys done to really stay consistent and make it stick? I’m starting to think I might need more than just willpower to get this under control.
