Honestly folks if we do a good job teaching in those 17 years than they are qualified. Currently there really is very little oversight or mentoring and nothing to compare to an apprenticeship program . Most of you began your career as a teacher pretty much on your own and will retire without ever passing on what you were able to garner on your own.
