What the prosses of upgrading 6.4.249.0 to bluesoleil 8.0.338

Dear sir,
the prosses are version simple:
1. download BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 install package.
2. click "setup.exe" to install it. if it asks to delete the original verisoon， click “yes”
3. unitl install finish, reboot your computer please.

if i'm a Vr 6 user, how can i download Vr 8? it says that 6 useers can download 8 version.. how can i do that?

Now i have bluesoleil 6.4.249.0
i want upgrade to bluesoleil 8.0.338
i have downloaded bluesoleil 8.0.338 from your website.
but after setup it required serial number to activate
My bluesoleil 6.4.249.0 is activated
Now what can i do?

Dude, when you purchase the software you have to give Bluesoleil your e-mail address! If indeed you did purchase this software then the serial number was sent to this e-mail address. you should have 2 responses in your e-mail, one e-mail will be a receipt from Bluesoleil and the other e-mail will be from Bluesoleil with your serial number!!! Check your e-mail for the serial number!!

I run version 8, on a dell xps m1530 w/ windows 7 x64, 8gb of ram, intel ssd and it has worked flawlessly. I started with version 6, with vista x86 and vista x64. Never have had an issue. Great Software and the only bluetooth software i will ever use.

Product Version: BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0
PC Operating System: Windows 7 64bit
Bluetooth USB Dongle manufacturer: NoName
Paid with Paypal and received serial immediately from BlueSoleil by email.
No problems while download or installion from Bluesoleil software.
BlueSoleil is working perfectly with all my Bluetooth devices.
Before version 8 i knew version 1.6 which already performs good service under Windows XP but which does not work with Windows 7.
Hope next update (ex. Bluesoleil 9) will be free for version 8 users.

Yes there seems to be no support for this product-too many complaints are logged on the internet about this product
