hi,

i'm installed the version 8 , but the my serial number is not work with this version?? that is possible ? i buyed the version 7, and i have this serial number but on windows 7 i don't have the posibility to insert the serial number on the version 7. the button submit serial number it's ghost !!!!!!!!!!!! what i must make , i buyed one time in my life some program and don't working this!!!!!!

Yea works, the best and "easiest" BT manager there is for Windows.
But there are cons like two UIs, one uglier than another and sometimes processes like Dial-Up Networking crash and hang without notice, so you have to restart computer.

But have to tell ya, that BS6 and earlier were much easier and quicker for doing things. Since v7, it got all complicated and requires MORE TIME for setting anything up. Also support for some phone models has been removed since v7 - if it WORKS, leave it be! DON'T remove support for ancient phones like Nokia 6600!

hi all, I had baughtTrendnet Tbw-106ub Micro Bluetooth Usb Adapter that comes with attached licence for bluesoleil bundled software and then i had become the club member. I was able to download ver.8 but now it keeps asking me to activate. Who do i contact to get the new serial since update from ver6 to ver8 is free?

I can't get it to install on Windows 7 computer. I downloaded the product, unzipped it, clicked on install, then clicked setup, and it takes me to the pick-language window, then to agree to the user agreement, then to pick folder to download to, and then finally to the click-to-install window. When I click that one, then nothing at all happens.

I've done it over and over, turned off the anti-virus and firewalls, deleted and redownloaded, and it still isn't installing.

I need help please and as fast as possible. Thank you.

Prabhat replied at 2011-03-07 16:50:35: I am using the bluesoleil 6 its a nice and installed in windows 7. i have came to bluesoleil site and i have seen in download information that bluesoleil 6 users will get free acsess to bluesoleil 8. i have downloaded it and installed in windows 7. ihave opened the x86 folder thats meaning 32 bit and opened blue icon installer. first it has came to uninstall the 6 versioin i have uninstalled it. then i have opened again and installed 8 version . i thing it is free acsess but it coming to activate. anybody suggest me how to install that it will be acesses. i will be very thankfull

I've been a BlueSoleil user now for almost 2 years or more. The product is great, realiable and works... however that being said... bluetooth technology is bi-directional. That means the other device that blue soleil is talking to is prone to problems too. I have experienced over and over again network stack buffer overruns in not one but two top brand mobile phones namely: LG Vu and Samsung Impression. And yes this will cause the bluesoleil to give an error "Device busy" or other error. The only solution, and I repeat the only solution is to reboot the phone. And in worse cases the phone battery has to be removed. Bluetooth anything can be headache. I also have a GE wireless bluetooh phone for LAN line. It too has its on unique problems. But as for Blue Soleil, their products have never given me a problem directly.
