I have bought the BlueSoleil Micro USB Bluetooth Adaptor V2.1 (10m) and am having serious problems getting it to work.  I have used the micro cd in the packaging to installed and uninstalled 3 times now and it is not working.  Could someone please help.

Like everything else in your computer, Bluetooth requires both hardware and software. A Bluetooth adapter supplies Bluetooth hardware. If your PC didn't come with the Bluetooth hardware installed, you can easily add it by purchasing a Bluetooth USB dongle. Choose Hardware and Sound, and then choose Device Manager.

I've been going through this game Happy glass and find that some levels can be very challenging. It took me a few days to get out of one specific level.

I use it mostly at my desk with a Win10 desktop PC while playing hill climb racing 2.  Quality is good and it worked great.

i bought this dongle and i cant upgrade the software, soundcloud downloader it wont even run on my windows service pack3, the bluetooth wonth even connect giving this un known device can u help me how to rectify this problem.
