Bluetooth® Asia was jam-packed with people, exhibitors and information during its two-day run in Shanghai. The event brought together everyone involved in Bluetooth technology—developers to suppliers—to inspire, empower, teach and connect.

Attendees accessed high-quality content from some of the industry’s top innovators and speakers like KK Wong, Xiaomi and Gilbert Lam, Li Ning on everything from wearables to the future of the entire Internet of Things (IoT) industry. One of the most interesting presentations came from Benjamin Joffe, general partner at HAXLR8R. He spoke about the next generation of tech startups and the role Bluetooth will play. He offered some invaluable advice, dos, and don’ts for companies bringing new ideas to market.

Speed networking and the exhibitor hall were highlights of the show—these were at capacity every day of the event. Attendees flocked to the exhibition hall to see the latest and greatest Bluetooth products on the market or coming soon. Speed networking (taken from speed dating) offered attendees a chance to meet in a fun and informal setting.

Bluetooth Asia was full of compelling conversations and industry insights. China holds an interesting array of innovators and technology pioneers who are shaping the future of Bluetooth and this was the ideal venue to bring them all together.
