[ Bluesoleil 9 not working after hibernation ]

I have Bluesoleil 9 installed on my Dell Latitude E6540. It works great with the integrated Bluetooth but I have one problem - after hibernation, the icon remains grey and no device can connect. The only way how to fix it is restarting the Bluesoleil service. It's a bit annoying, especially when you rely on it for your mouse.

Is this problem fixed in Bluesoleil 10? Will it be fixed for Bluesoleil 9?

The SW work OK till re-launching from hybernation.

Logitec mouse M555B connection was lost, while indication "wire" was active.

After deleting the paired mouse, the SW could not establish new connection. 

The SW does not allow to switch it off. In other words, it lives it's own life.

Please restart your computer to have a try, we guess it is the problem of your Bluetooth adapter which maybe Bluetooth 2.0, if possible please change one new Bluetooth adapter to have a try.

As I mentioned, Bluesoleil SW worked fine with my BT adapter(Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Adapter) for the first time until re-hibernation.

It is definitely BT 4.0 adapter.

It is unchangeable, because it is Notebook PC.

I also tried with ISSC BT 2.0 external dongle with the same results.

The dongle worked only couple of times.

I did restart the PC many times with no results. The SW does not discover any devices.

I did reinstallation of the Bluesoleil with no success.

Because I could not control the SW behaviour(Turn on/off, etc.) I guess the problem is in the compartibility of your SW with Windows 8.1.

Maybe you cannot use the Atheros adapter with our BlueSoleil software, the Atheros adapters with their own special configuration which only can use their own driver to work normally.
We suggest you change other CSR adapters then you can use it normally. Thanks so much for your understanding.

The question is: What for I spent money? 
OK with Atheros, but what about ISSC BT dongle?
Or your SW works only with CSR? I did not saw such precaution on the site when made my order.

I found and installed BlueSoleil 6.2.227.11
Everything works OK, i.e. Atheros with its own driver, ICCS BT dongle with BlueSoleil driver.
What should I do further? To by another one license?

Really annoying... and it is so simple to fix. Exactly the same problem was with Serviio (the DLNA server) and they fixed it. Why Bluesolail can't fix that? I'm already looking for alternatives...

Something happened and now it works. I did the following two things - I uninstalled the Dell WiFi and Bluetooth drivers and went back to the Microsoft ones. I also updated the display driver, but I guess this has nothing to do with the Bluetooth. I wander why would the first thing do something about it since I was using the Bluesoleil Bluetooth driver. Maybe it was something to do with the WiFi driver. After all, the WiFi and Bluetooth are physically the same device.

Anyways, now I can go back to my usual way of just hibernating my laptop instead of rebooting it.

Problem similar to a laptop ASUS F550S. works if the uninstall and installed systems to restart. then does not work

Problem similar .

Use Bluesoleil 9 & Bluesoleil 10 .

BT v 4.0

not working after hibernation and total power off PC

Need restart BlueSoleilCS.exe :(
