The reason may be that your bluetooth hardware is not supportted by BlueSoleil. Please check your bluetooth hardware IDs first, follow these steps:

Right click Mycomputer->Manage-> Device Manager->Bluetooth USB->right click XXXBluetooth Device->Properties->Details->Hardware Ids.

Tell us your Hardware Ids, and we will check for you.

Your hardware is already supported by BlueSoleil. Maybe your can try the newest version 10.0.472.0

The selection of a contact or non contact all kinds of sensor depends on your application. Although non contact technology seems advantages it is not possible to use non contact Nagano keiki Pressure sensor for each and every application.
