[ Serial Number Missing ]

I have just purchased the Bluetooth 4.0 dongle. On installing it asks for a serial number, but I have received nothing with the product. Whats more, it says this is an evaluation copy and will allow only 2 MB of data to be transferred. After buying a new product one does not hope to come across such an issue!!

May I request you to send me the Serial No for this?

Hi, BlueSoleil is not one free software, we can not send you the serial number by free. I think your problem is because your Bluetooth 4.0 dongle is not licensed by our company. In other words, your Bluetooth dongle saler is pirating our software.

There are two ways to avoid this problem:

1. Please do buy the 4.0 dongle licensed by BlueSoleil. Then you will not ask for the serial number and without any 2MB limitation.

2. You need by the serial number from IVT again.
