Allwaysblue Add new friend Join Date:2014/1/5 Location: Germany Posts:1	Posted at 2014-01-05 06:39:41 [ Do not download BlueSoleil 10 update ] One of BlueSoleil messages to me made me update my copy of BlueSoleil (the promise was a free update). Result: during installation my perfectly legally acquired copy of BlueSoleil (came with a Hama USB bluetooth dongle) was removed and replaced by a trial version with a limited data transfer of just 2 MB.

I had my device for a long time and now its useless. :( To be mislead by an update request is actually an attempt to extort money through an illegal practice or FRAUD! SHAME ON YOU (and potentially a legal claim)

Can you tell us the your Hama USB bluetooth dongle's Bluetooth address? If your Bluetooth dongle is licensed by BlueSoleil 6/8/10 you can use the newest version without any limitation.

If you are the serial number user of BlueSoleil 6/8/10, you can aslo use the newest version. You only need to user the serila number and do the activation again.
