If the computer blew up, it appears that the software is only installed on one computer. So, if anything changes, I need to buy a new Serial Number?
BTW, nice to see someone working here, even if I do have problem with your answer. Your answer on March 3, 2011, seems to be the most recent response in forums from support?
I find the number of posts (0) to be a bit surprising for a support person who has been a member since May, 2009.
Any chance you could check out some of these other threads and try to get some answers for those of us who HAVE bought your product, and need help getting it to work?
