Please be informed that I need help with my purchase.
MY OPERATING SYSTEM IS: WINDOWS 8
I've bought: BlueSoleil 10.0.417.0
Installed it and unistalled it many time and getting nowhere.
The message from the trouble shooter is : incompatible program.In other words:unusable on my computer.
Please help to solve this compatibility issue OR MAKE REFUND.
