[ Passkey ]

I bought a BleuSoleil  Bluetooth Dongle from Big W, for about $20. Until it was installed, I was not advised that it only gave me linited download, and I was advised to upgrade to Version 8+ (another $28) which I did but Iwas still unable to execute the programme, so I went to your help pages and after a lot of searching I was eventually put in contact with your "Just answer" which has cost me another $58 and I have had no answer from them. After much fiddling on my own I have finally got the programe to open, but I cannot Pair with my camera as I am unable to find anywhere to enter a Passkey on the programme.

I am now very unhappy with your company, especially the way in which it is almost impossible to make reasonably easy contact with you. A VERY EARLY ANSWER AND SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM WILL BE APPRECIATED. Regards,

Ed Barrett

I believe that once you load the version you purchased and register you can download the version 8 and then use the numbers off the verification email as your passkey for the version 8 download... at least im going at this in this way, if it isnt correct then "Lucy has some splainin to do" because i'll be danged if im gonna pay twice for something i didnt get the first time around... give it a shot i think you will be rewarded...

Well ED,

Im eating my words here... and for the record, i purchased a mini Bluetooth USD dongle from a retailer and it came with a cd software for the device, after install it gave me the notorious " key is bad" message. I then contact  the software provider "here" and it appears as though they are saying that they couldnt protect their own software lic process so those of us who bought a product need to purchase software that we already payed for?

Im not liking what im seeing here... so im going to follow your thread here and see what gets resolved... the consumer who buys a product is not responsible for keeping their lic process in check, i payed for something and now im not getting what i payed for. That is called theft where i come from, plain and simple.  no disclaimer on the front of the packaging, and none on the CD. I hope the powers that be here get on the stick and get this resolved ASAP.

There is ways to deal with this, i just hope it doesnt come down to having to go LEGAL...

Thanks for your support, AG, surely companies (on line, especially) should be easy to contact with a aparticular problem, not have you sent to some money making third party. I f they casnnot support their customers properly, they should get out of business!
