I observed :
When you create a new user on win7, BlueSoleil counts 1 activation.
Normally an activation is linked to a computer, not a win user.
Developers have to test various configurations on the same machine.
I explain the case :
I have these users to work :
1- main admin
2- developer admin : daily development work
3- current Admin : admin tasks
4- admin mngt
5- 4 common users : various configs for test
So I have 8 users to switch between.
I got during last year two trojan attacks.
The MS KB2486635 notes that after a trojan attack you can lost the control of your bluetooth peripheral (card Broadcom BT-270).
no place two explain (2000c limit)...
This will regenerate two registries for each user created or reinitialized : NTUSER.dat and UsrClass.dat
Important changes exist between XP and win7.
Activation counter seems lost.
Activation when errors occurs and TEMP user created.
I notice that BluesSoleil was saying "automatic activation successful" for each first account start this till BlueSoleil says "maximum activation reached".
Then products is locked for all users.
This is not normal.
I wrote to "bluesoleil customer service about this problem" After two weeks, I don't get any answer. I have no interest as client ?

I use the product since height years.., if I can get any answer... , I would need to send the event information to my clients and change the BT management strategy. The risk is two large... and the real price of the product much more larger... trick... companies if no chance or complex installations... have to pay more... too... no budget calculation...
What are your thoughts about this problem ?
Am I wrong or not, If I am I don't understand why the product have been unactivated on my development computer.
