I can confirm Bluesoleil 8.0.395.0 works on windows 8 pro 64bit for me (using arctic UD2 bluetooth dongle) but has some annoying bugs that are mentioned also in the previous posts.
The bluetooth service seems to crash randomly sometimes after complaining about "memory low", which isn't true. Also I'm using a bluetooth headset that keeps disconnecting every 8 - 10 minutes, then clicking the bluesoleil icon in the system icons area enables the connection again. This is a little bit annoying but something I can live with until it's been fixed :)
