I work for a large corporation attempting to use the BlueSolil system. The support evidenced by the endless numbers of requests on this forum and the complete lack of support by Blue Solil should be embarrasing!
Requests for help are completely ignored. Messages sent for email support are completely ignored.
All I asked for is simple documentation.
This company is a perfect example of how you SHOULD NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS (especially developers that promote your unsupported products!).
The head of your support department should be fired!
