Purchased Bluesoleil 8 software via this web site 2 days before but never received any confirm mail and serial number.
Tried to contact via order@bluesoleil.com and sales@bluesoleil.com but no reply. Tried to login the web using the original ID I have used to purchase the software but failed. Even trying to recover the password but never received any mail about the new password.
Anyone have the same problem?
