Did your motorola is Andriod system? You can use your phone to initiate one connection with BlueSoleil, then your phone will initiate the Pair procedure. You should input the same passkey at both side. Then the pair procedure can be succeed.
We found this issue at our side too. BlueSoleil can not pair with some andriod phone. This is the andriod bug.
