I bought USB device some time ago. I upgraded several times the software.
Now I get notified each time that there is a new V8, free for V6 users which I was. BUT
1. Download IVT_BlueSoleil_8.0.370.0.zip on the site does nothing (Release note and Help I can download, but not the zipfile. Browser says "ready" with a blank screen)
2. I am logged in, but can NOT activate. Click on "send new activation email" does nothing!
3. I can NOT contact support without activation.
4. A message I sent here on forum got no response. Does anyone of IVT ever respond here?!?
I am getting very irritated with Bluesoleil ;-(
