I have recently purchased Bluesoleil 7 and have recieved an email confirming my purchase. I have removed my expired version of Bluesoleil 2 and downloaded version 7 off the main website. I have followed the instructions to activate my new version ie
"Display Classic View" -> drop-down menu in the right top corner called "show menu" -> help ->Activate BlueSoleil-> Input the serial number above in the blank to activate your software.
but on the drop down menu the Activate BlueSoleil is grey and will not respond
