First off, I am no tekkie, BUT IF I WERE the world's best tech support, I would STILL NEED TO KNOW:
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IS?
WITH WHAT PRODUCT?
USED ON WHAT COMPUTER?
OPERATING WHAT OPERATING SYSTEM?
(Or, something like that.)
You CAN NOT and WILL NOT get specific answers to specific problems with general questions, comments, complaints, or even threats. Not that anyone is being impolite here, but I have absolutely nothing to help you with.
I have no idea:
Do you have an OEM, free demo, or full, paid, and activated software?
Do you have a Bluetooth hardware item bought here, or manufactured by an OEM supplier?
Do you have a Mac, PC, cellphone, tablet pad, etc?
What operating system are you using?
What level of updates and service packs are installed?
What version of software are you using?
What hardware are you using it with?
Note that I might not need all of this information, if I were a tekkie, but I still don't know what your questions are. I am sure that the techs (if there ARE any here) will need at least some of this information.
