i have windows 7 and i want to be able to play starcraft 2, listen to some low background music or game play in stereo while having the microphone active at the same time so i can talk with my friends i'm playing with.

it seems right now i can have either or when i know i should be able to have both at once since i've somehow managed to to this before.

right now if i have the "bluetooth advanced audio" active i can listen to beautiful audio quality but the microphone isn't active. if i also activate "bluetooth headset and microphone" it still works, if it's on mute as soon as i un-mute it the audio quality gets significantly reduces and i also hear some crackling but the microphone now works...

How do i get stereo sound and microphone active at the same time? the skype phone call with my friends during game play doesn't need to be in stereo but i still want to be able to hear them and talk.

 Bluesoleil does not work on Windows 7 64 bit Dell vostro 1720

I purchased a copy of BlueSoleil version : BlueSoleil8.0.356.0 and installed it as instructed on my Dell vostrol 1720. It loads OK but it does not detect my Motorolla S9 headset.

I tried to get support and was given help to resolve the problem but nothing that BlueSoleil suggested worked.

Bluetooth hardware is a USB 2.0 Wireless Bluetooth Dongle Adaptor 2.4G Antenna

The BlueSoleil starts and recognises the notebook.

The S9 starts but BlueSoleil will not detect or pair.

The S9 will pair with my iPhone so the S( is functioning.

In the end I asked for a refund as the product did not work and it was refused.

I recommend folks do not get caught as I was as there is no option for a refund if the product fails to work.
