[ Stream live web news Pc to Mobile Phone while in bathroom ]

Hi what software do I need to listen to a live news feed from the web from my PC to a Mobile Phone as a speaker?

When I leave the room I like to carry the mobile as my extension speaker if possible?

I have Win 7 and Vista PC's

Phones are Nokia E66

and

Android phone with Jelly Bean 4.2.2, Bluetooth 3.0

I may buy a Blutooth 4.0 USB adapter for PC if needed?

Maybe a Bluetooth headset is what you need. An app is also OK, but it did need some time.
